Shipping policy

NOTES:

1) All packages are shipped thru USPS. Shipping fees are calculated depending on where shipping address is located and how much the shipment weighs. 

2) Shipping time does not include 3-5 working day processing period required to process your order from the date it is placed.
- Please keep in mind products are made fresh to order to ensure potency. This processing time does not include preorder items.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However additional time may be required due to COVID-19.

4) If there is any issue with the shipment of your package, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your products. After grace period products will not be replaced. 

Refund policy

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Brownsugga.help@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the claim. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
