Shipping policy

1) All packages are shipped thru USPS. Shipping fees are calculated depending on where shipping address is located and how much the shipment weighs. 

2) Shipping time does not include 3-7 working day processing period required to process your order from the date it is placed. 
- Please keep in mind products are made fresh to order to ensure potency. This processing time does not include preorder items.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However additional time may be required due to high demand.

4) If there is any issue with the shipment of your package, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your products. After grace period products will not be replaced.
